Sharron Badham
Sharron Badham is a partner and co-owner of Association Professional Services, an HOA election and meeting management company.
During her professional career spanning 45 years in the Coachella Valley, Sharron was a leader in portfolio and on-site management of small and large scale desert residential communities. Organized, innovative and responsive, Sharron focused her energy toward providing informed, ethical management services to boards of directors, fostering community spirit and open communication, while implementing a welcoming and friendly community atmosphere. Her daily responsibilities included financial management, budgeting, long term planning, personnel procurement and management, as well as architectural and landscape oversight.
Sharron actively participated in the Coachella Valley chapter of the Community Associations Institute and the California Association of Community Managers. She served on the boards of both organizations and served as president of CAI-CV in 2008. She has facilitated classes for both organizations, spoken professionally in public, served on multiple committees and written articles for CID publications and newsletters.
In 2022 Sharron was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by CAI-CV.
Prior to her community management career, Sharron was the club manager for three local country clubs. She moved to Palm Desert in 1977 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine.
